Denver's newest steakhouse is much more than a new restaurant in town — it is designed and built to be a destination. Located within the historic Livestock Exchange Building on the National Western Center campus, The Stockton could only exist in this building, on this campus, in this city.

Denver's history as a “cow town” is part of who The Stockton is, and that story will be carried forward with pride, in a way that supports ranchers, the land, and our community.

Owner and operator Bryan Dayton is inviting you, for a limited time, to be part of that story by becoming an inaugural member of the Stockton Cattle Club.

The Stockton Cattle Club is a private, dues-based membership community layered into the main restaurant. While the steakhouse is open to all diners, the Cattle Club is a separate, members-only tier offering priority access every day of the year — with elevated priority during National Western Stock Show, Denver's highest-demand dining week.
